These solutions are provided to a large variety of big and small companies, active in a large range of sectors or industries. The Business Unit (BU) Consumer Goods manages the complete supply chain flow from several Business Lines like Textiles, DIY products, Pharmaceuticals, Sporting Goods, Aftermarket logistics and E-commerce. KATOEN NATIE has several sites in 40 countries in Europe, North America, South America and the Far East and has more than 18.000 people active in operational, staff and management functions.

As a team member of the Department Finance & Supporting Services within BU Consumer Goods & Industry, you will be responsible for managing contracts of automation solutions and ensuring a successful follow-up. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Setting up Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and steering committees (steerco’s).
• Following up on contracts and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Resolving invoicing discussions.
• Setting up a system where issues can be logged for follow-up and KPI’s can be tracked.
• Sharing lessons learned and best practices with different stakeholders and sites.
• Defining prioritization of tasks and projects.
• Renegotiating existing contracts, both internal and external.
• Implementing improvements for future automation projects.

Short assignments abroad can be requested ad hoc.
You will become a part of a dynamic team that collaborates closely with various departments to ensure the smooth execution of automation projects.

If you are someone who:
• Can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Has affinity with technical installations.
• Is capable of prioritizing tasks and projects efficiently.
• Has a hands-on mentality and is solution driven.
• Has experience in contract management, particularly in the maintenance or automation sectors (considered as a plus).
• Is skilled in setting up and managing QBRs and steering committees (considered as a plus).
• Has analytical skills and is detail oriented.
• Has experience in renegotiating contracts and implementing improvements.
• Has knowledge of MS Office at an experienced level.
• Speaks/writes English (knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus).
