The Katoen Natie Paulínia platform, located in the CMR (Campinas Metropolitan Region) in the State of São Paulo, Brazil, has a storage capacity of 85.000 m² covered warehouse with a future expansion possibility of an additional 150.000m².
This multi-modal logistics platform offers a direct railroad connection to the port of Santos, Brazil’s largest port, and has a total workforce of approximately 250 highly motivated and flexible employees, respecting highest quality and safety standards, and committed to OCS.
The site also offers 24 silos for the storage of PVC, PP and PE products and is equipped with 7.500 m² of solar panels as part of our ‘think green’ culture.

Value proposition of Katoen Natie Paulínia
The multi-customer platform enables Katoen Natie to create synergies between different operations on the same site. Not only synergies in terms of productive personnel, but also in terms of equipment, ICT, and management team. Because of the different types of operations on these multi-customer site, Katoen Natie succeeds in optimizing the use of the surface and the warehouses. The use of our own WMS system for most operations on the same site (and also worldwide) enables a smooth and flexible start-up of new operations.
